The Senior Citizen Housing Estate consists of 22 apartments for the elderly and a residential community with 5 residential units. Each of the two care groups with 29 single rooms have of common area with a dining room and a lounge, a therapeutic bath, study rooms and a nurse office.

The 5-storey front building with recessed penthouse fits into the existing urban residential development. The main entrance is in the courtyard that is accessible by a right of way to the house past generation.
