With the new build for the Hospital Rudolstadt, a new neighbour of the district of Schwarza has moved in, precisely 4 and 1/2 years after the european wide competition was held.

The design concept of AEP, which won the 1st Prize in 2005, could be implemented almost 1 to 1.

Modest and hospitable, the new house integrates itself into the charming landscape of the Saale valley. With its unique shape, its clean lines and bright façade, the building demonstrates openess and invites people for visits.
