The entrance area created by the new build for the child/youth and adult psychiatry becomes an attractive and inviting focal point. The arrangment of the new building due to its long front elevation offers an concluded urban accent.

The aim of the design is to allivate young patient's fear of a clinical institution: The low building heights, the atriums with their outdoor spaces are proportioned to a human scale and demonstrate generosity. The stream along the tree avenue invites people for a cafe.
