The two main buildings of the former 'Jaeger' barracks have been renovated on the basis of energy standard, at time. The natrual stone facade was sand blastered. An extension building connects the two buildings with each-other.

The connecting building is not only as a cafeteria, but frequently used as a meeting and conference space. The design was awarded, due to its simplicity and economical design: Through little measures, a maximum of usage was achieved.
