The existing District Hospital is located at the south-western slope of Chur. It offers areas of expansion and good road and transport connections. The style of the new buildings are based on the existing key-shaped treatment building and the ward blocks. This combination of block and key shaped buildings results in a greater ensemble, which increases the recognition value of the entire complex. The main entrance is characterised by an attractive courtyard. The multistorey car park can be extended according to the proposed design.
