Illies Engineering Consult GmbH uses the groundfloor as their office, whereas the 1st floor is rented out. The column-free groundfloor allows for flexible office layouts which adapt to the requirements, respectively.

All sides of the building are fully glazed and interiors are of high quality. Within the shortest possible time, the building was built with prefabricated components. Natural ventilation and daylighting is offered in the majority of the building.
