The main entrance and a landscaped park form the centre between the existing and new buildings. The new northern entrance for outpatients and visitors avoids the detour around the hospital, previously required. From the new car park in the north, the path leads directly to the centre of the hospital.

During full operation, the expansion can be realised without any interruptions. The required future expansion of the care and geriatric wards are assured by the correct location of the hospital street.
